This English translation is provided for information only; in the event of any dispute the Turkish text prevails.

1. Preparation and Delivery Times

  • Orders with confirmed payment are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 1–5 business days depending on the delivery address.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not business days; orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day.

Under Article 4.2 of the Distance Sales Agreement, delivery never exceeds the statutory maximum of 30 (thirty) days.

If a delay arises from stock availability or force majeure, the Buyer is informed immediately and may request cancellation of the order, replacement with an equivalent product where available, or postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed (Agreement, Article 4.7).

2. Couriers We Work With

Shipments are made with Hepsijet, Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo. The courier carrying a given shipment is determined by the delivery area and the contents of the order.

Once the order is dispatched, the tracking number is shared via the email address and/or phone number given when placing the order.

3. Shipping Cost

The shipping cost applicable to your order, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown separately at the order/payment step; you see them in the total before completing payment.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller under the Distance Contracts Regulation.

For defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect deliveries, the shipping cost is borne by the Seller in all circumstances.

4. Delivery Area

Orders are delivered throughout Türkiye. For international shipping requests, please write to us at info@vetuxlondon.co.uk before placing an order.

5. Taking Delivery and Checking the Parcel

  • Check the parcel in the presence of the courier when taking delivery.
  • If the parcel looks crushed, torn, wet or already opened, do not accept it — ask the courier to record a report and tell us the same day.
  • If you notice damage after delivery, contact us as soon as possible without using the product; your optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 are reserved.

If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier will re-attempt delivery or hold the parcel at its branch in line with its own procedure. Parcels not collected in time are returned to the Seller; in that case please contact us to arrange re-delivery.

6. Accuracy of Delivery Details

The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, name and telephone number. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays or returns caused by incorrect or missing details; requests to correct them are taken into account if received before the order is dispatched.

Where the order is to be delivered to a person or entity other than the Buyer, the Seller is not liable if that person/entity refuses to accept delivery (Agreement, Article 4.3).

7. Invoice

The e-archive invoice for your order is sent to the email address given when placing the order and/or included with the shipment. As returns and withdrawals require the product to be sent back with its invoice, we recommend keeping it.
