P-57
Phosphorus Binder for Cats and Dogs
Normal phosphorus balance, for periods when kidney health needs extra care
P-57 is a highly concentrated enteric phosphorus binder in powdered complementary feed form that helps maintain a normal phosphorus balance in cats and dogs through periods when kidney health needs extra attention. Its main component, lanthanum carbonate octahydrate, binds the phosphorus taken in with food along the intestinal tract and so limits its absorption; colloidal silica improves the stability of the product, while an animal-derived flavour component makes voluntary intake easier. It is nutritional support that accompanies the care recommended by your veterinary surgeon.
This product is a nutritional supplement (a complementary feed); it is not a veterinary medicine and does not replace veterinary treatment — it accompanies it. Speak to your veterinary surgeon before use.
Targeted Areas of Support

Strong Enteric Phosphorus Binding
Binds the phosphorus taken in with food along the intestinal tract and so limits its absorption. This contributes to the body's daily phosphorus load staying within a normal range.

Attentive Care for Kidney Health
Gives a nutritional contribution to maintaining a normal phosphorus balance through periods when kidney health needs extra attention. It accompanies the care your veterinary surgeon is providing; it does not replace it.

Easy, Precise Administration
The powder form allows precise dosing at 1 gram twice daily for every 5 kg of body weight. It is easily given on an empty stomach.
Highly Concentrated Lanthanum Carbonate
The main active component, lanthanum carbonate octahydrate, is among the substances with the highest phosphorus-binding capacity. It gives effective nutritional support in a small volume.
Colloidal Silica and Flavour Component
Colloidal silica improves the stability of the product. The animal-derived flavour component, at 10%, makes voluntary intake easier.
24-Month Shelf Life
It can be stored safely for a long time in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Closing the container firmly after use is recommended.
